Night of Ideas organised by Institut Français du Nigeria and Alliance française Lagos, on Thursday, January 31st, at Alliance française Lagos/ Mike Adenuga Centre.
Night of Ideas is a worldwide event that celebrates the flow of ideas between countries, cultures, and generations. Each year, people around the globe come together to learn about and discuss the latest discoveries and issues facing the world today. This year’s theme, “Facing Our Time,” explores global challenges through the lenses of human rights, citizenship, economy and art. It’s a night of engaging discussions in celebration of the rich cultures of Nigeria and France.
The debate will be opened by distinguished panelists : Ms. Ugoma Adegoke (Cultural entrepreneur and women rights activist), Mr. Papa Omotayo (architect and urbanist) and Prof. Tancrède Voituriez (economist and writer) on the topics of Women rights, Public spaces in Lagos and Migratory issues, respectively.
It will be a chance to discover their work and share thoughts.
